New Enrollee(s) Welcome to Holy Cross Catholic Church and the St. Martin de Porres Food Pantry. We are very pleased that you have chosen our ministry to assist you with receiving food for you and your family. While anyone may receive an emergency supply of food, federal and state law require us to ask for Identification and Signatures when you first receive food and at least annually thereafter or sooner if we update our computer data base.
Required Information the first time you receive food (and once or twice a year when we update our computer information): All members of your household, including children, are required to show a current ID. If you do not have the IDs for everyone in the household, you may still receive an emergency supply of food. You will need to make sure to bring the additional IDs the next time you come to get food. [Please note: an emergency supply of food consists of food for the number of IDs presented] Possible Forms of ID for the registered client and other adults in the household:
